Welcome to Gulf Harbour and the Osprey Point Homeowners Association.  Our Homeowner Association By-Laws limit rentals to a minimum of 30 days. Your landlord or their agent must register all rentals 30 days in advance with Gulf Harbour's Management company, Suitor & Associates - 239-765-0356, as well as with written notification to the Homeowners Association (click here for a form). Pre-registration is the only way to  insure a renter's ability to receive an access pass through the entrance gates. 

Owner's you may purchase purchase security access tags ($25.00) for your renters to use only for the duration of the rental period of 30 days or longer (ask your landlord or their agent for details).

bulletThursday is Garbage & Recycle day...  Only place your garbage and recycle containers at the curb on Wednesday evenings.  Containers should be removed from the curbs as soon as possible after they have been emptied.  Ask a neighbor to assist if you aren't available to comply with this procedure.
bulletFriday is Yard Debris day... place all yard waste at the curb and it will be picked up on Fridays.
bulletLights ON Please... for security and safety reasons Osprey Point homes leave their exterior/garage lights ON every night.  Please keep the light switch in the Entry Foyer in the ON position.
bulletClose Garage Doors... garage doors should be closed at all times.  If the garage door is found open at night the Security Patrol may call or stop by to remind the door should be closed.
bulletStreet Parking - Please park all vehicles in the garage or driveway. Overnight street parking is not acceptable.
bulletDon't Park on Sprinkler Heads... on occasions when guests or vendors visit and park on the street, avoid running up on the grass.  Irrigation sprinkler heads are very close to the curbs and a "blow-out" of water is the last thing you want to deal with. 
bulletPets MUST be on a leash... and please pick-up after your pets
bulletFishing in lakes is prohibited
