remember that all exterior and structural
modifications to your home, including painting, exterior
lights, driveways, significant landscaping changes, etc.
must go through the Architectural Review process.
Instructions about that process, and the necessary forms,
are available here on our web site and from our property
management company. We encourage you to submit your forms
and documentation well in advance of the commencement of
your project. |

Grub Alert
Continues This Season:
Experts tell us the weather extremes this year, with an
unusual amount of cool weather and rain last winter and
extreme heat this summer, is producing a record infestation
of grubs and grass fungus this fall. Our vendors will be
indentifying and treating areas as they are observed, but
they won't catch all of it and each you homeowners need to
be extra vigilant and report grub infestations to our
management company for special lawn pest control
applications ASAP! Environmental chemical treatment
limitations prohibit long lasting chemicals for grub
treatment. Your HOA does provide the regular recommended
preventative grub treatments, but that will not always
prevent them for damaging your yard. By the time you see
brown patches the grubs have done their damage. Please
repair or replace dead sod as soon a possible to keep your
yard and our community beautiful. |
