Notice To Owners

Annual Meeting - Master Association - January 10th, 6:00pm, Lexington Country Club.

Horizon's Tree Service will be Trimming our tall trees the first week of January.  Sorry for the delay.

Peppertree Zoning Application review for construction next to Osprey Point's southwestern boundary 14954 Quail Run Dr.  

Here is an outline of the zoning issues to be reviewed:
bulletThe parcel in question is the lot next to the tennis courts adjacent to the southwestern corner of the Osprey Point community (next to 14762 Osprey Point Dr.). 
bulletThe lot is zoned for two 2-story condos and the developer is requesting a zoning variance for three 2-story condo units.
bulletThe developer already has the ability to construct a the two 2-story units without further zoning hearings.
bulletThe developer's presentation to the Lee County Planning Board is "tentatively" scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at 1500 Monroe St. 2nd Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
bulletOpposition or support for the zoning request may be presented verbally at the Dec. 7th presentation, or provided "prior" to the presentation for the planning board's consideration.
bulletTo confirm the time of the presentation and/or ask any questions you can call Lisa Hutcheson at 479-8777, or the main number 479-8585.

Osprey Point Ladies Luncheons - On the third Friday of each month, with the exception of September and October.  Please put these dates on your calendar.  An email will be sent to you prior to each luncheon letting everyone know where we are going.  If you have suggestions of where you would like to go, please email them to Pat and she will look in to making arrangements.
