Osprey Point Forms

	Rental Registration Forms if you rent your home these forms and the fees must be received by Sentry Management and Suitor & Associates respectively at least 3 days prior to beginning of lease)
	Architectural Modification Review Form (required if you want to modify or remodel your home's exterior ~ allow at least 30 days)

Master Association Forms

	Master Association Community Access Form (required along with the Architectrual Modifcation Form to provide access to the community for your contractor(s)
	Master Association ARB Design Review Form (required required along with the Architectrual Modifcation Form to request review of your plans by the Master Association Review Board)
	Security Gate Access Tag Registration Form (needed to obtain a gate access tag or to register an new vehicle)
	Owner's Permanent Security Access List Form (required to enable regular guest, or vendors access to our community without needing to call the gate every time)
	Absentee Notification Form (this form tells Wachenhut to monitor your home while you are away and specifically lists who is allowed to visit your property in your absence)
	Owner Contact Information Form (an important for so the management company knows how to get in touch with you if there is an emergency, also who is the person responsible (who has a key) for your property when you are out of town)
