Osprey Point Paint Pallets 

Osprey Point has a limited number of paint pallets and colors available to be used by homeowners.  The palette colors are available for you to review, and you should talk to the Architectural Review Board, a Board Member, or Sentry Management if you have any questions about painting.

Architectural Review Process:

 

Requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Osprey Point ARC before being submitted to the Master Association.  The quickest route to approval is to scan all of your completed forms and documents into a .pdf format and email them to ospreypoint@gulfharbour.net.  You MUST provide either a digital .pdf copy of these documents via email, or 2 paper copies of all forms, documents, drawings, pictures, and diagrams to the Osprey Point ARC.  Do not begin work until you have all approvals. 

Allow 30 days for approvals.

 

Required Forms you MUST complete and submit:

Request For Architectural Review Form

  1. Provide a detailed written description of construction, modifications, or changes you are planning to make to your home, lot, or landscaping.  

  2. Provide copies of your survey, site plan, floor plan, front, rear and side elevations and roof plan.

  3. Provide detailed blueprints, diagrams, pictures, material lists, and specifications about your proposed changes or modifications.

  4. Provide copies of all contractor license numbers, their certificate(s) of insurance and/or bonding.

  5. Email forms and documents to ospreypoint@gulfharbour.net or return the completed forms, documents, specifications, and plans to on of your ARB members or send it all to:

                 Re: Osprey Point Architectural Review

 

  1. The Architectural Review Committee will evaluate the submission and make its recommendation to the Osprey Point Board of Directors for a vote. Only after the project forms have been approved and signed by the Board can it be submitted to the Master Association ARB for their final review.

 

If you are planning ANY exterior modification or alteration to your home or landscaping, please remember that per the Osprey Point and Master Association documents, everyone is required to submit a Request For Modification or Alteration form to our HOA for approval Osprey Point approval first.

 

On August 10, 2007 the Gulf Harbour Master Association implemented it's Architectural Review Board (ARB). The ARB provides umbrella architectural review for the entire Gulf Harbour community. Once a request is approved by our HOA it must be submitted to the Master Association ARB for their approval. 

 

TO BE 100% POSITIVE YOU HAVE YOUR APPROVALS T IS WISE TO WAIT FOR FINAL MASTER ASSOCIATION APPROVAL BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT OR ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENTS,  THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE 30 DAYS OR MORE TO COMPLETION AND YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION.

 

 

ONCE THE WORK HAS BE COMPLETED COPIES OF THE FINAL INSPECTION CERTIFICATE(S) MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE HOA'S ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE.

 

Pool Cage Replacement

February 2012 - all Osprey Point homeowners were surveyed regarding having the option to replace existing pool cages with either white or brown replacement cages.  The results were overwhelming to approve either white or brown when requested and processed by the ARC and Board. Requests must follow the ARC guidelines for approval.

Hurricane Shutters

If you are planning to add hurricane shutters to your home this year, remember silver or bare metal shutters will NOT be approved, and white or cream colored shutters are recommended.  Please submit your plans and specifications to Sentry Management, Inc., as soon a possible for review.

Painting

Osprey Point has approved a limited number of paint pallets and colors available to be used by homeowners.  The pallet colors are available for you to review, and you should talk to the Architectural Review Coordinator, a Board Member, or Sentry Management if you have any questions about painting.

Mold has been a big issue since the recent hurricanes, and a few Osprey Point residents have found out the hard way the mold can penetrate our cinderblock walls through the thin cracks that form as the houses settle. The best prevention is making sure you have a good coat of paint. The Exterior Paint Color Palette with all of the approved schemes can be viewed or printed below.

 

Approved Color Pallet Options - Only the colors approved by both the Osprey Point Board and the Master Association Architectural Review Board may be used to paint Osprey Point homes.  These are Sherwin Williams colors that may be used by any homeowner to select their field color, trim, and base color. Sample color chips are available at any Sherwin Williams store.

Original Pulte Exterior Paint Color Schemes you may ONLY use these older Sherwin Williams colors to repaint a house if currently painted with an existing Pulte color. Only the color painted on the house currently is grandfathered for you. 

 

Replacement Roof Tile Options - The original Pulte chosen roof tiles are manufactured by Monier Lifetile.  The color and style are Amber Sand from the Villa 900 series.  In 2011 the Board of Directors approve 2 additional through-color tiles for owners to select with replacing the old roofs.  The 3 approved roof tile options available to owners are:
