were approved by ballot vote at the January 10, 2007 annual meeting.
Annual Budget Approval Process
August - September
 |
HOA manager and board members work review previous year's
vendor contracts, re-bid contracts for the upcoming year, necessary
adjustments, prepare budget proposal for Board review.

October - November
 |
Board Approves preliminary budget for presentation to the
homeowners.
|
 |
All owners are sent a copy of the proposed budget for
review and comment. With a minimum of 14 days notice, all owners are
notified of a Budget Approval Board Meeting.

The budget is voted on at a November Board Meeting
|
