New Tee Time Procedures effective November 1, 2007
New Changes: During sanctioned League Play - MGA (Wednesday) & LGA (Thursday) · During the "season" the MGA & LGA leagues will have a predetermined number of players allocated on the posted sign up sheets. This number is based upon past history and special events. · Sign up sheets for the weekly events will be posted in the respective locker rooms 7 days in advance.· Sign up sheets will be taken down at 12:00pm two days prior to the weekly event (examples - 12:00pm Monday for MGA and 12:00pm Tuesday for LGA).· Tee times for the league play will be posted on Golfnet and in the respective locker rooms the day before play.· Except for a special league events, the 8:30 shotgun starts for both the MGA & LGA will have a limited number of open tee times available for non-league players.· MGA & LGA players will check in at the registration table located near the driving range prior to play. Players must register by 8:15am. Registration table will provide information regarding the day's event. This will serve as the daily announcements.· Non-league players must register in the golf shop prior to play.· Both league and non-league players will be sent out on the course by 8:25am.· To fulfill the additional demands to play golf on these days, the club will have an "Open Play" 1:30 shotgun.During Club Events · All yearly "club" events are posted on the calendar. · Tee times are pre-blocked on the tee sheets. These blocked times may take up the entire morning or afternoon and in some cases the entire day.· Inside seven (7) days prior to the event, the golf shop may open a limited number of available tee times (based upon sign-ups) for those players not participating in the club event.Cancellations · All league play and open play are required to confirm their number of players and tee times by 3:00pm two days prior to an event (example - 3:00pm Monday for MGA). This will give the golf shop the opportunity to post any available tee times for non-league or recreational players. · All tee times listed after 3:00pm two days prior will be considered confirmed.· All tee times cancelled after the 3:00pm two days prior deadline will be monitored to ensure that late cancellations or no-shows do not inconvenience other members wishing to play.Notice of available "open" tee times · After the 3:00pm two days prior deadline, if there are any "open" tee times available, the golf shop will make every effort to post the number of available times on Channel 95 and in both the Men's & Ladies Locker rooms. · These postings will only be listed for 1 day, then the next day's posting will replace it.· Members may also call the golf shop after 3:00pm to check on the availability of open tee times two days prior. The Club believes that these improvements will better meet the needs of our golfers and their guests. We would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation as we transition through this period and onto a successful new year. Sincerely, Rick Newman, General Manager Jeff Osenkowski, Head Golf Professional
